BPACT08 portable air conditioner - water running noises

My BPACT08 portable air conditioner started making dripping water noises last night thoughout the night. This morning the notification to drain the tank came on. Water came out of both the bottom and middle drains when I opened them. This evening when I turned the ac on again, it sounded like water is running. After running it for about an hour, the top drain was full again and the air filter was soaked. I've had this unit for about 2 years and have never had an issue with it. Any tips on what to do?

My unit (same type is doing the same thing) What can I do to remedy this? Have drained it from both drain ports and still hear the water gurgling/sloshing. Is this repairable?
