Cannot remove the fan cover. Directions sound easy, but do not work. Can anyone offer advice?

  Hello Frank O Stanway and thank you for contacting us.  The release for the fan cover is located at the back of the power head.  Insert the long screwdriver into the slotted end, push in a little to activate the release.  Thank you and have a great day.
